Executive Search

Executive Recruitment

NOVA Partners works directly with C-level clients to provide personalised service for senior and technical/complex positions. Our team also operates at mid-level management and uses our extensive network of senior contacts to obtain referrals and recommendations for talent.

We use a combination of branded and/or confidential campaigns as needed to source talent from our database and network. This approach ensures that we provide a proactive service rather than simply advertising or getting the word out on social media. We are constantly searching for talent and don’t wait for perfect candidates to come to us, actively seeking out talent from various sectors to meet our clients’ needs.
