We focus on two primary offerings; Executive Search and Executive Recruitment.  Both complement each other, and are distinctly different models, utilised by clients pending the research or bespoke requirements of the role and confidentiality elements.

Executive Search

A key service model for NOVA Partners; we provide in-house research in support of our executive consultants and Partners, ensuring complex roles; technical as well as seniority, receive bespoke research centred sourcing for each specific assignment.

This is combined with extensive networks and ensures we develop and provide our clients a final recommended shortlist of talent that meets their brief and ensures the behavioural and technical elements of the assignment are balanced in our behavioural based interview models. 

The research is in-depth, and we work with clients to ensure we develop ongoing talent management for other potential needs within their organisations, continually reviewing talent across technical, leadership, diversity and skill to be ready for the next assignment engagement.

NOVA Partners manages assignments across the professional levels of organizations, capable of sourcing talent from mid-career roles to more senior talent, utilizing our brand and reputation into the markets we service.
