NOVA Partners works directly with C-level clients to provide personalised service for senior and technical/complex positions. Our team also operates at mid-level management and uses our extensive network of senior contacts to obtain referrals and recommendations for talent.
We use a combination of branded and/or confidential campaigns as needed to source talent from our database and network. This approach ensures that we provide a proactive service rather than simply advertising or getting the word out on social media.
