Our bespoke executive search, outplacement, career coaching and HR Advisory services have been helping people find their dream jobs, transitioning individuals and supporting companies find their perfect match since 2011, with Australia-wide offices that also extends across the ditch to New Zealand.

No Project Too Big or Too Small
It’s easy to say, but we mean it. From assignments to work with 400 people across multiple sites, to projects that support just two employees. We’ve done it all.
Although we don’t work with individuals, when it comes to businesses we are happy to engage with you if you are a small operator or just wanting to recruit one executive or transition just one member of staff.
Of course, if you have a larger project and are coaching, recruiting or transitioning entire departments, we are here to meet your needs.
We have many talented consultants and have an amazing network to draw on, so when we work on a really big project, we get together, devise a plan and then make it happen. Just like that!

After successfully building Career Management teams and services for international providers across Australia, I recognised that there was an opportunity and a need to step outside the large corporate model and build a boutique Australian Career Management business based on Client Service Excellence and Placing People First.
MICHAEL CROWE
Partner
I founded NOVA Partners in Melbourne in 2011, initially as an Executive Recruitment firm, building on over 25 years of Search and Executive Recruitment, Project Recruitment and Advisory Services.
I had previously owned and led Cadden Crowe, a national recruitment firm, prior to starting NOVA Partners.
